  1. Meet Us
    Sit down with Green Hills team to discuss your vision and how to make it work within your budget. We’ll chat about what you’re looking to build, and whether GH is the right fit for you. We’ll run through an in-depth step-by-step process of a GH custom build and answer any questions you may have. We will also look through our process, list of references, and any permits that need to be obtained for your project.

  2. Design/Pricing
    For design + builds, a GH qualified Designer/Architect will work closely with you to create a Home Design as amazing and unique as you are. When your exterior and interior preliminary designs are complete, we’ll be able to provide an estimated sale price. Plans are priced with a presentation of high performing options that ensure attention to detail, environmental, healthy living, value and efficiency considerations. Your permit package will then be submitted to the city for approval once you are happy with the design and pricing.

  3. Pre-Construction
    These critical weeks get you a jump on product selections. Green Hills designer will work with you and your designer to ensure you’re getting maximum quality and value. We’ll make selections from the samples and catalogs provided to us by our partners that supply cabinets, countertops, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and lighting. Project management Software will be introduced and lead you step by step through various selections. If there’s something specific you’re looking for, we’ll source it or do our best to recreate it. 

  4. Construction
    Enjoy watching our high performance teams of dedicated professionals bring your home to life. You are welcomed to integrate yourself as much as you wish in understanding each aspect of the build process. You will be invited to regular communications with your GH team on each milestone so you remain deeply connected to all aspects of the build process.

  5. Home Sweet Home
    Green Hills will work with you for the first days/weeks as you settle into your new home ensuring your comfort and ultimate satisfaction. We will perform best knowledge transfer to ensure you know and understand how to operate all the complex high performance systems in your home. You’ll know where to find a replacement bulb for that stairway pendant, or who to contact if you need a tutorial for your thermostat.  You can expect us to be there for you should anything arise in the future.
